Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped white chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set pan aside.
  2. Stir the butter and sugars together in a medium mixing bowl until well combined. Stir in the eggs, vanilla, and salt, then fold in the flour until just incorporated. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl, then fold in the white chocolate.
  3. Bake 22 to 26 minutes, until the edges are set and light golden brown. Set the pan on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
  4. Uneaten blondies can be stored in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
