12tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted and cooled slightly
3/4cuppacked light brown sugar
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonsalt
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1cupchopped white chocolateor chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set pan aside.
Stir the butter and sugars together in a medium mixing bowl until well combined. Stir in the eggs, vanilla, and salt, then fold in the flour until just incorporated. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl, then fold in the white chocolate.
Bake 22 to 26 minutes, until the edges are set and light golden brown. Set the pan on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
Uneaten blondies can be stored in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
